Here is my 12 week belly pic. Still isn't looking much different if you ask me.
And 12 weeks = plum!
We spent the weekend in Atlanta with some friends, which was really fun. Their daughter is 9 months old and is such a cutie. We went to the Braves game on Saturday afternoon and boy was it HOT! I made sure to load up on the sunscreen and water while I was there. I also took one of those spray bottle fans, and that seemed to help.
Later on that night, my friend dug out her old doppler for me. I was too nervous to try it out that night, so I waited until we got home yesterday to give it a whirl. Took me a few minutes, but I managed to find the heartbeat, which was nice and strong in the 170s again (wonder if that means we're having a girl, hmmm?). I was so excited and so happy to find it on my own. Not sure if I'll bother to try it out every single night from now on or not. For now, it's just nice knowing I can have the reassurance any time I want.
Your belly isn't showing. I still the pictures are funny. BUT! Look at how dark your veins are getting. They def. show you are with child. Wait until you start looking like someone drew a map on your torso with a sharpie.
