So here's this week's belly pic. Nothing that thrilling. And my outfit looks like crap, but oh well. The shirt is black, but for some reason it turned out an odd shade in the pic.

I didn't get around to taking a pic of our new MDX either. But I did find a pic of one online that looks just like it. It's a silver 2007 with black leather interior. And I'm loving it so far. It's so nice to have the extra room for the dogs, which we utilized this weekend when we took them all to the lake house. It also has navigation and rear DVD entertainment for the kids. And it's certified, which means it has the extra long warranty. It will be a great "mom" car.

Also as promised, here are some pics of the artwork I've been working on for the nursery. This first one is an owl collage that I made out of scrapbooking paper, which I then pasted onto a canvas that I painted a light aqua. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I will most likely hang it either above the chest or the recliner.

This next series are prints that I purchased off of Etsy, which I thought were just adorable. The seller was able to change the colors of the print to whatever I wanted, so I had her do them (again) in a light aqua for the diapers instead of light blue.
Then I just bought picture frames at Hobby Lobby. That was another adventure in and of itself because the prints were an odd size (5x5"). So my frame choices were limited. Luckily, I found some I liked. Although they came with a cream colored matting. Which I didn't like against the white background of the print. So I bought turquoise colored scrapbooking paper and glued that on top of the cream matting. And now it actually matches my color theme better. My plan is to hang all four of these above the double dresser.
