poor baby.

My poor little baby has his first fever. Daycare called me around lunchtime today to tell me that he was acting fussier than usual and when they took his temp, it was 100.1. She said their policy is to send them home when it is 101 or higher, so it was my call if I wanted to come get him. I decided to wait and called back around 2pm. He was asleep then but she woke him up to take his temp again. That time it was 102, so I went and got him. Gave him some Tylenol, nursed him, and now he's napping in his bouncy seat.

He definitely seems uncomfortable and fussy, but I'm not sure what's wrong. He may be starting the teething process, it may be related to the shots he got on Tuesday, or he may just have a little bug. He's eating fine though, so I'm just going to monitor his temp and make sure it doesn't shoot up. I think more mommy snuggles are in order too.
